The NOA will facilitate leadership development workshops for the Owner/ Franchisee body. Peers and advisors will create and host seminars on business acumen, how to successfully operate a McDonald’s restaurant and how to become an effective and influential leader. Together we will build our bench of talent for future Owner/Franchisee leadership.

The purpose of this program is to give you real world understanding that goes far beyond what McDonald’s is telling you and gets you to the top of your game.
We are thrilled to have partnered with Simon Sinek’s The Optimism Company to launch the NOA Leadership Academy, which will give you the leadership skills necessary to succeed as an Owner/Operator in the McDonald’s system. The academy will consist of 12 online courses over the next year, covering these topics:
Before you sign-up for the Academy:
Start with the 15 MINUTE KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT– don’t you want to know where YOU are in the mastery of all areas MCD is expecting or grading you on? Of the owners who have taken it, the average score is 67.4% (can you beat it)
This will test your knowledge on a variety of subjects – Financial, Systems, Employee Relations etc, and you will receive your SCORE right away. No one will know your score but you.
The NOA Leadership Academy Courses:
The first course is FREE (and will be taught by NOA President- David Bear) for all members and $30 for each subsequent course. Alternately, you can bundle and pay $300 for the remaining 11 courses.
Note: if you were just taking the human side of these MBA level courses it would be $85-$100 alone – this is a fantastic value for only our members.
Can’t join the live? Every session will be recorded and everyone who signs up will have access to the recording for an entire calendar year.
