Adam Unger is the son of former McDonald’s Owners in Spencer, Indiana and nephew of a past Franchisee in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has over 20 years of experience working in the Advertising and Marketing industry, most recently working for Blake Casper, who founded the NOA. Adam managed the launch of the organization in October 2018 and oversaw the creation of the name, branding, website, membership and communication infrastructure as well as developing the program for 5 Annual Meetings, 2 NextGen Summits and multiple Webcasts. He has served as NOA’s Executive Director since August 2022.

He lives with his spouse, his Boxer, Stuart and Boston Terrier, Louie in Florida.
