   OUR MISSION

        OUR VALUES

The NOA has a relentless commitment to our values and the actions that are defined by them.

NOA Values

"Do what is right, not what is easy, nor what is popular"

– ROY T. BENNETT

AREAS OF FOCUS

The NOA has created 5 new committees that will focus on these strategic priorities:

1 ADVOCACY

The NOA is the Umbrella Advocacy Body for the Owner/Franchisee community. We represent and advocate for every Owner/Franchisee. Providing a mechanism for Owners/Franchisees to confidentially register their concerns, grievances and inappropriate conduct aired against them by any McDonald’s executive or employee will drive our efforts and actions to stop these destructive practices.

Committee Lead – Art Alamo

2 LEGISLATIVE ENGAGEMENT

The NOA is developing a legislative agenda and strategy. Engaging with the firm MultiState and multiple franchise associations, we will develop relationships with lobbyists and well as legislatures and create grass root tactics to support Owners/Franchisees.

Committee Lead – Barry Traub

3 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The NOA will facilitate leadership development workshops for the Owner/ Franchisee body. Peers and advisors will create and host seminars on business acumen, how to successfully operate a McDonald’s restaurant and how to become an effective and influential leader. Together we will build our bench of talent for future Owner/Franchisee leadership.

Committee Lead – Toni Rodgers

4 NEXTGEN PREPAREDNESS

The NOA will provide education and guidance for Next Generation applicants and Owners/Franchisees. Peers and advisors assisting in navigating the Next Generation and Spousal programs, elevating their McDonald’s financial IQ and learning the important wealth transfer concepts in the ever-changing tax and legislative environment.

Committee Lead – Nellie Thomas

5 REGISTERED APPLICANT SUPPORT

The NOA will be the orientation and welcome committee for Registered Applicants. Assisting them with essential resources, advisors and insights so that they can be successful, engaged and positive contributors to the Owner/ Franchisee community and the System.

Committee Lead – Joel Pellicci
